Født i Christiania 20.02.1880, død 22.07.1950. Gift med fotograf St. S. Overtok ved mannens død i 1931 det firmaet han hadde startet i Christiania i 1893, fortsatt i Tønsberg i 1910 og i Skien fra 1913, og drev det frem til 1950.
