YTRØYGREND brevhus II, i Solund herred, Sogn og Fjordane fylke, under Bergen postkontor, ble opprettet den 1.5.1938. Sirk. 3, 26.1.1939.
Ble senere lagt under Florø postkontor.
Brevhuset YTRØYGREND ble lagt ned fra 1.5.1955 og samtidig omgjort til poståpneri.
"Kronet posthorn"-stempel ble tilsendt i mai 1938.
Brevhusstyrer:
Ds.eksp. Andreas Ytreøy 1.5.1938 (f. 1891).
