John Louis Nathorst, född 1860, död 1943, jordbrukslärare.
John Louis var son till Hjalmar Otto Nathorst. Föreståndare för Norra Kalmar läns lantbruksskola 1889-1902 och för Malmöh. läns lantbruksskola 1902-12. Åren 1913-28 lärare vid Ultuna lantbruksinst.
Bror till Carl Edward Nathorst och Alfred G Nathorst. Far till Anita Nathorst (1894–1941).
